Mountain Lodge is situated in the heart of Pamporovo ski resort, next to the Perelik hotel.
Pamporovo is one of the best known Bulgarian mountain resorts. It is situated in the heart of the Rhodopes at an altitude of 5250 ft (1650m).
Traveling to Pamporovo is easy using the charter flights to the city of Plovdiv, which is 85 km away from the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia, which is 240 km away.
Mountain Lodge is an elegant and contemporary residential complex, situated in the heart of Pamporovo ski resort, next to the Perelik hotel. The good position of the complex gives an excellent view of the pictures Snejanka peak. Ski lifts and all the popular ski schools are only few minutes walk from Mountain Lodge. The modern Spa Centre has all prerequisites for a fulfilling relaxation. Apart from its luxury, peace and quiet the guests can also enjoy the cozy atmosphere and delicious cuisine at the main pub. Mountain Lodge has the most convenient location and this secures its leading position in the development and future of Pamporovo as the leading winter resort.
Apart hotel Mountain Lodge includes 46 apartments. To provide a cozy atmosphere and to grant maximum comfort for the owners there is a fire place in every apartment, 44 of which are with one bedroom, living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, 2 apartments consist of two bedrooms, large living-room with a kitchenette, a dining spot and one bathroom. There are projected 4 two-room apartment type “maisonets” as well. The area of the apartments varies from 41 up to 105 square meters. Most apartments are with balconies with spectacular Mountain View.

The Spa centre in Mountain Lodge gives you an excellent condition for relaxation. The swimming pool, sauna and steam bath will be at the owners and guests exclusive disposal.

- Reservation 1000 EURO
- On the signing of the Preliminary Contract 40%
- Completion of the Roof 40%
- Completion and Property transfer 20%
Reserving Apartments at Mountain Lodge
Clients may reserve specific apartments, meaning we will take it off the market for up to four weeks. The cost of the Reservation is 1000 EURO, which is deducted from the purchase price. The reservation fee is non-refundable if you decide against buying.
